Chocolate and Original Coconut Flour Waffles
Coconut Flour Waffles both plain and chocolate versions, drizzled with a peanut butter syrup that is literally to die for! Both versions gluten and dairy free!
For waffles: Blend all ingredients for original version or chocolate version together in a blender. Pour batter onto hot waffle iron and cook until done and set. This will vary depending on your waffle iron, my waffle iron is this one and it made exactly four waffles for each version. It took about 3-4 minutes for the waffles to be done!
For syrup: melt two tablespoons of butter, combine with two tablespoons creamy peanut butter and one tablespoon maple syrup. I added one tablespoon of the mixture on top of each of my four waffles.
