Bacon & Chive Easy Drop Biscuits - Paleo, Low Carb
These Bacon & Chive Easy Drop Biscuits are super quick to whip up and packed with flavor, the perfect compliment to gravy, chili, or naked with butter!
Servings 8 biscuits
Preheat oven to 375F.
Combine dry ingredients (almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt) in a large bowl.
Add softened butter to dry ingredients and mix with hands until crumbly mixture forms.
In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form, about 3 minutes with an electric beater.
Add egg whites, eggs, bacon pieces, and dried chives to biscuit mixture. Mix until soft dough forms.
Lay out pieces of dough on parchment paper and use a mason jar lid to cut biscuit shapes. Lay on parchment or silicone matt lined baking sheet. Repeat until you have 8 biscuits.
Brush biscuits with melted butter.
Bake at 375F for 20 minutes.
