Dairy Free Arugula Pesto

This Dairy Free Arugula Pesto is made with buttery macademia nuts and slightly peppery arugula, perfect for bringing flavor to any dish!  Works as a spread or sauce!

  • Add macademia nuts, arugula, garlic, lemon, and salt to a food processor.  Put the lid on the food processor and start it up.  While it's processing slowly add olive oil through the top, continue until all the olive oil is added to the food processor.  Continuing processing until smooth, you may want to stop the processor and scrap the edges once or twice.
