Sheet Pan Brats, Sweet Potato & Brussel Sprouts

Sheet Pan Bratwurst, Sweet Potato, & Brussel Sprouts is the easiest dinner you will ever make, just chop, spread across a sheet pan, and bake!

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400F, line a sheet pan with foil and spray with cooking oil.  
  • Chop sweet potatoes into 1-inch pieces.  Chop Brussels sprouts into quarters if they are full size and halves if they are baby brussels sprouts.  
  • Toss veggies with oil and seasonings and spread evenly across sheet pan.  Spray the top with cooking spray.  
  • Cut sausages into slices and spread evenly on pan.  
  • Bake for 15 minutes, toss meat and veggies then bake for an additional 15-25 minutes.  Just until veggies are fork tender and slightly browned on the bottom.  
  • Enjoy!  

Notes

Nutrition facts will vary depending on the type of sausage.  For paleo or dairy free use your favorite dairy-free pre-cooked brat or sausage.
