  • Preheat oven to 400F.  
  • Line a baking sheet with heavy-duty aluminum foil and grease foil with cooking spray. 
  • Tenderize chicken breast with meat tenderizer (one side only, you don't want it too thin) and place on one side of baking sheet.  Cover each raw chicken breast with 1/4 cup hummus.  
  • Toss green beans with seasonings and 1/2 tablespoon oil or mist with cooking spray.  Spread them out evenly on the other half of the sheet.  
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165F and is cooked throughout.  Toss green beans half way through at the 15-20 minute mark.
  • For crispiness on top, broil for 3-5 minutes.  Watch the green beans you don't want them to get overly crispy like some of mine did! 


Watch your green beans as they may cook faster than your chicken.  If they get nice and tender before chicken is done, just remove them and allow the chicken to continue cooking.  
I made two pans at one time which made the process a bit trickier.  The bottom pan cooked much faster than the top because it was closer to the heat.  You may want to rotate the pans halfway through if you cook more than one pan at a time!
