Vegan Fudgy Chocolate Protein Brownies

Preheat oven to 350F and line an 8 x 8 baking dish with parchment paper. Grease parchment paper.
Combine bananas, sweet potato, protein powder, cacao (or cocoa) powder and sunflower seed butter in a food processor. Process until smooth.
Stir in chocolate chips and pour batter into the baking dish, using a spatula to spread the batter out evenly.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Swap out the vegan protein for any low carb protein powder.
Swap out the sunflower seed butter for any other nut/seed butter, just know it might change the taste!
Use whatever chocolate chips you want - but only Enjoy Life will be allergen free. You can omit them, but I don't know why you would, they are brownies!
