These Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs are juicy, slightly sweet, and very garlicky! An easy dinner meal or meal prep chicken recipe!
Preheat oven to 375F.
Mix avocado oil, honey, coconut aminos, and minced garlic. Pour half of the mixture into the bottom of a large 9 x 13 casserole dish. Add the chicken thighs to the dish and pour the rest of the mixture over the chicken thighs.
Bake chicken thighs for 30-45 minutes until the center of each thigh reaches 165F and they are cooked all the way through.
Optional - broil for 3-5 minutes to brown the top of the chicken thighs.
