Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300F.
  2. Whisk egg whites until foamy and add to almonds.
  3. Add lemon juice, extract and coconut sugar to almonds (in that order).
  4. Bake for 15 minutes, toss, and bake an additional 15 minutes.
  5. Let cool completely and store in an air tight container.
