These homemade Cinnamon Apple Quinoa Bars are the perfect portable healthy breakfast or snack, meal prep and freezer friendly!

Instructions

  1.  Preheat Oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Combine applesauce, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, egg, peanut butter, almond milk, grated apples and honey in a small bowl and mix well.
  3. Next add in the grated apples, then the remaining 5 ingredients, mix until just combined and consistent.
  4. Spoon into a greased 8x8 pan and bake at 475 for 20 minutes.
  5. Let cool completely (at least 30 minutes) then cut into bars (6-8).
  6. Store in refrigerator.
