Flax & Hemp Seed Energy Bites

These flax-hempseed bites are a convenient and tasty way to get in tons of anti-inflammatory omega 3 fats! Great for hormone balance too!

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until completely combined.  Do not over process into a spreadable butter. Stop when you can form the balls with your hands. 
  • Form 16 balls with your hands.  Store in the refrigerator!  (see note)


These are kind of shelf stable.  Flax and hempseed are shelf stable to a point, just like any omega 3 the fats are delicate and should be kept in cold most of the time.  However, I plan to take these with me cross country and put them in the mini fridge when I get there.  They should be fine during that trip!
