Here you can find my weekly meal plan and fitness posts! Each week I try and share the grocery shopping I did, meal prep (if any, sometimes it happens and sometimes it doesn’t), breakfast and lunch ideas, as well as a nightly dinner plan. Posting my plan helps me stay on track with healthy meals, reduces my stress throughout the week because I plan our dinners based on the amount of time I will have to cook, and prevents me from buying to much food or wasting what I do have. I hope it gives you some inspiration for doing a little planning of your own 🙂

These plans backward are from when it was just me doing my internship over the summer in CA. I was renting a room from someone so everything is minimal cooking minimal storage minimal effort. If you want to learn to make a healthy diet by living on peanut butter/almond butter/ sun butter go ahead and glance through some of them!
