I know it’s been a while since I’ve done a recent eats post, life’s been crazy but I’m still taking photos so here we go!

Lots of Paleo Bread with Sun Butter and Paleo Coconut Almond Banana Bread
Many Roasted Red Pepper Chicken Sausage (Applegate farms) salads with mustard as dressing.
Pumpkin Coffee Smoothies made an appearance a couple of times last week.
As did sunbutter and banana snacks with an afternoon ice coffee with Pumpkin Maple Creamer.
And my most recent protein shake cereal (Formulx Recovery Protein Shake <— affiliate link + Puffins)= AH-MAZING.
Chicken Apple deli meat (applegate farms) and goat cheese cheddar stuffed quesadillas (La Tortilla Factory 100% Whole Wheat Tortillas). Popcorn chicken from the freezer, twas a delicious treat.
This is a recycled photo but we went to pomegranate cafe with Paul’s friend and I got the same green protein bowl with macadamia nut pesto. It was delicious!
We also got Thai food with the same friend and it was DELICIOUS!
