Do you ever feel like your so immersed in your work that there is nothing else? I love being part of the health and fitness industry with every fiber of my being. So don’t misunderstand me when I say that I need a new hobby. Something to look forward to that has nothing to do with food, fitness, or health. I realized the other day when I put up the post about all the awesome bloggers I follow that almost everyone I follow is health, food, or fitness related. My instagram and pinterest is jam packed with pictures of food, food, food or something doing something athletic. You know what else I love? Travel, fashion, animals, photography, reading fiction, and music. All the normal stuff, but it’s easy to say that I “just don’t have time for those things” which is downright stupid. Make time for the things you love people! So last night I went on a pinterest mission…
So I googled and found–>

I added ALL of them and my pinterest page was still filled with food, so I added—>
10 Celebrity Pinterest Board to follow
still food, so then I added —>
100 Best Pinterest Accounts to follow
Then it FINALLY happened, a few fashion and travel pictures sprinkled among food food food….. I’m getting there a little bit. Do you guys have people you follow? I’d love to add them!
Nala Graduated!
In other news, Nala finished puppy training yesterday! The difference between her pre-training and after training is pretty unbelievable. I’m planning to do a full review on the trainer we used and what we learned. We are actually planning to do some advanced training with her as well, so we definitely had a great experience.
A few weekend eats:
Breakfast sandwich Saturday Morning, UCAN/QUEST for lunch, large chicken salad for dinner after grilling. Tons of uncaptured snacks.
Sunday I ended up having protein shake/iced coffee for breakfast, starbucks date for lunch, and we went to chili’s for dinner. I got their steak on their lighter menu which was out of this world good!
Today So Far
I’m super into egg sandwiches all weekend and the this week if I can get away with it:
The TJ’s gluten free bread is actually pretty good and lower in carbs, with a laughing cow cheese wedge, deli meat and an egg. Heaven, pure heaven.
I’m eating lunch as I type up this post and it’s deliciouso!
I made this recipe, topped it over salad and added some steamed sweet potatoes (from the bag thank you Target.) Done and done! Ready to tackle the second half of the day now!
