Fitness
So after my epic long run fail this weekend (details to come) I decided on a new strategy. I’m going to aim to do crossfit to alternate my crossfit attendance two times one week then three times the next and repeat. On the weeks I do cross fit only twice I’ll run more and amp up the mileage, on the weeks I go three times, I’m going to tone down the mileage. We will see how that works!
Sunday- 3.3 miles & abs
Monday- Crossfit
Tuesday- 4 mile run
Wednesday- OFF
Thursday- Crossfit
Friday- YOGA
Saturday- Long Run
What are you guys up to today, did you prep anything yet??? Any fun New Years Plans?
Are you planning on working out on New Years Day?
While I totally admire anyone that is up and moving enough on New Year’s Day to do a commitment day race or even just go to the gym… I will be resting. I prefer to usher my New Years in with rest and rejuvenation, trying to make 2014 as stress free as possible!

We are staying in on New Year’s Eve and Day. Skipping a big party because we’d prefer to have one (or two) glass(es) of champagne and relax this year instead of participating in a rager. Are you staying in, too? I am planning to exercise on Tuesday and Wednesday but mostly because neither of those days are going to be super eventful. 🙂

I definitely get that! I’m Not sure yet… We definitely won’t be spending any extra money though so maybe just hanging out with the Fam 🙂
