Hi Friends! Happy Happy Monday! I feel like whooooooo here we go again. What sounds good to you this week? I mapped out a few options to get me through this hectic week, some usuals, some past usuals, some wild cards that’s the way I like it!
Breakfast Options

- 2 Ingredient Egg White Pancake–> I actually baked them into muffin cups and they turned out great so I have like little mini pancakes!

WORKOUTS
This next couple of weeks are going to be CRAZY so I made sure to map out my workouts and when they would be.
- Sunday- Run 3 miles, walk/run pup 2 miles + YOGA
- Monday- BBG Week 10 Legs (on lunch break)
- Tuesday- HIIT & Steady (on lunch break)
- Wednesday- BBG Week 10 Arms
- Thursday- HIIT & Steady (AM)
- Friday- BBG Week 10 Abs
- Saturday- OFF
- Sunday- Run Treadmill before work
- Monday- BBG Week 11 Legs (on lunch break)
- Tuesday- Yoga before work, HIIT & Steady (after work)
- Wednesday- BBG Week 11 Arms
- Thursday- HIIT & Steady (AM)
- Friday- BBG Week 10 Abs
- Saturday- OFF
