I miss eggs in the morning! Â Planning to make a quiche tonight to eat some of the mornings and then also have staples on hand like
– Nut Butter Banana Quesadilla’s
– Â Oatmeal
– Â Cottage Cheese or Yogurt
Lunches
Same as usual deli chicken salads or leftovers, or leftovers with salad. Â (You can bet that chili goat cheese will be the highlight of my salad.)
Dinner
- Sunday-Â Almond Crusted Drumsticks and Broccoli
- Monday- Â Zucchini and Chicken Sausage Skillet
- Tuesday- Mahi Burgers Salad
- Wednesday-Â Salmon and Green Beans
- Thursday- Â Eggs or Smoothies
- Friday-Â Jalapeno Cheddar Turkey Burgers
- Saturday-Â Wing it
Fitness Plans
Last week my body told me I was pushing too hard to fast so I toned it back a little bit. Â Guess what else I did? Â Went to HOT YOGA and I surprisingly LOVED it. Â I signed up for an unlimited 30 day introductory offer so here is to hoping I can make it a regular thing. Â This is what I have in mind this week, but it’s always up in the air….
Sunday-Â Run
Monday- Hot Yoga and Walk
Tuesday-Â HIIT and Strength (Nike Trainer?)
Wednesday-Â Hot Yoga and Walk
Thursday-Â Zumba
Friday-Â wild card (maybe Orange Theory?)
Saturday-Â OFF/ Hot Yoga depending on how I’m feeling
