Happy Sunday! I did a lot of grocery shopping this weekend… and I still want to check out the local farmers market today…
I miss eggs in the morning! Planning to make a quiche tonight to eat some of the mornings and then also have staples on hand like
– Nut Butter Banana Quesadilla’s
– Cottage Cheese or Yogurt
Same as usual deli chicken salads or leftovers, or leftovers with salad. (You can bet that chili goat cheese will be the highlight of my salad.)
- Sunday- Almond Crusted Drumsticks and Broccoli
- Monday- Zucchini and Chicken Sausage Skillet
- Tuesday- Mahi Burgers Salad
- Wednesday- Salmon and Green Beans
- Thursday- Eggs or Smoothies
- Friday- Jalapeno Cheddar Turkey Burgers
- Saturday- Wing it
Last week my body told me I was pushing too hard to fast so I toned it back a little bit. Guess what else I did? Went to HOT YOGA and I surprisingly LOVED it. I signed up for an unlimited 30 day introductory offer so here is to hoping I can make it a regular thing. This is what I have in mind this week, but it’s always up in the air….
Monday- Hot Yoga and Walk
Tuesday- HIIT and Strength (Nike Trainer?)
Wednesday- Hot Yoga and Walk
Friday- wild card (maybe Orange Theory?)
Saturday- OFF/ Hot Yoga depending on how I’m feeling
*I’m thinking about possibly changing up or discontinuing these Sunday posts for a while, so just a heads up that next week might be a little different!
