I really think the idea of a special homemade coffee creamer would add a fun touch to any brunch this spring! It’s that little something extra that will leave an impression in people’s minds! Plus this is all the things vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free, paleo etc… almost everyone can enjoy it!

My claim to fame with these little guys is they don’t have any greek yogurt in them, which sometimes make deviled eggs too tart, despite being healthy! You’ll never guess my secret ingredient. Gluten Free, Grain Free, Vegetarian

A bunch of the members at my gym make this quiche for breakfast all the time, they love it! I think the goat cheese makes it seem extra fancy but if you aren’t a fan you can always sub feta! Gluten Free, Grain Free, Vegetarian
Admittedly, I have this for breakfast all week at least once a month, it’s my favorite! This would be a great one because you could make the quiche ahead of time and then just do the quesadillas individually while everyone is talking and sipping their coffee! Vegetarian, it can be gluten or grain free if you use a gluten or grain free tortilla.
This one is more traditional casserole style and man it’s delicious! Filled with flavorful chicken sausage and hearty whole grain bread, it’s DELICIOUS. You can make ahead and let it sit in the fridge overnight until baking but you don’t have to! You would have to use gluten free bread to make this gluten free.
