In a meal planning rut? In the past, I included what was on my meal plan, but nowadays I’m doing so much recipe development I hardly get the chance to remake anything. So, my meal plan ends up being a list of new recipes you won’t get until the following week or later, that isn’t helpful! So, I’ve decided to institute a Sunday series for your meal planning pleasure! It’s just five healthier dinner options to give you ideas on what to put on your meal plan! I’ve included one breakfast idea that you can easily meal prep and five dinner ideas. My thought is to use leftovers for lunch, happy Sunday meal prepping!
Don’t forget to download your easy quick start meal planning guide if you haven’t already got it!
Breakfast Idea
Gluten-free honey oat bread made with just a few simple ingredients in only one bowl! No refined flour (oat flour only), butter or dairy! I would pair this with hard boiled eggs, chicken sausage, greek yogurt or a protein shake for a quick well rounded breakfast!
Don’t forget to slather on some easy homemade flax peanut butter too!
Dinner Ideas
Zoodles + Lean Ground Italian Chicken + Marinara
Remember my facebook live from last week? Get yourself a zoodle maker and get to zoodling! Cook up some lean ground Italian chicken or turkey and toss with marinara, dinner served!
Bacon Green Beans + Grilled Chicken or Baked Salmon
Did you know that green beans are actually in season now!?!? Take your favorite winter/holiday side dish and pair it with a protein for a quick dinner! I like to grab the roasted garlic marinade from Sprouts to marinade chicken, then grill it up a few hours later!
Spinach and Tomato Goat Cheese Quiche
