Anyone else working today? I’ve got a shift at the gym and some things to take care of for Black Friday before I finally get to check out. Yesterday I worked 11 hours at the gym, even though I was tired, on the way home I was thinking about how many things I have to be thankful for, so I figured it would be a good post to share right before Thanksgiving. I figured I’d include a “if we met up during the holidays for coffee type post too”. So here it goes..
If we shared Friendsgiving or Thanksgiving I’d tell you I’m thankful for…
…a wonderful husband that 100% believes in me and supports me in whatever endeavor I take on.
…family visiting and being together. This has a special meaning, ever since my SIL got married and moved to Texas and Mr. Hungry’s parents and my other SIL moved to California, Arizona has felt weird. They are all here staying with us and we are so grateful.
…welcoming a niece or nephew into the world very soon 🙂
….Nala, the newest and most awesome addition to our family. I’m even more thankful she started training.
…Missy that she didn’t have a heart attack and is standing her ground with Nala.
…the ability to finally be on what feels like a true healing from my injury.
If we had coffee…
… I’d tell you how nervous I am for the 10K tomorrow, I just want to be able to finish and feel good about it. I’ve put in so much work into training and I love running so much I just want to feel like a runner again.
…. I’d tell you about how I’m pursuing getting my group fitness certification as well as sitting for the sports dietetics specialist exam.
…. I’d tell you how Mr. Hungry and I have started to talk about having little ones in the next 1-3 years, far away but scary.
…I’d tell you how much I still love my new house and invite you over to sit around our new firepit even though it’s still 80 out.
…I’d tell you how much I loved teaching at the community college this past semester and how I’m hoping to teach more there and at the University level .
… I’d tell you how excited I am to be working on my food photography.
….most importantly I’d want to hear from you! Tell me, how’s life?
