So it’s been a shitty week for workouts. I had planned to hit the ground running when I got back from Chicago with workouts but my back flared up pretty bad on the flight so I’ve been taking it easy. It’s always a balance between letting everything calm down and getting back to the stability work. Whomp whomp. The good news is I know it’s just a flare, a crappy flare but still just a flare. I went so many years in pain every day I think I panic a little bit when it comes back, but it’s nice to know that it will go away. So I’m taking it easier so that I can get back to it sooner!

No problem! Love watching/stalking your instastories! Hope you had a great weekend as well!
I hope you will get well soon as well! I love squats and burpees as well – even though those are the hardest exercises in my opinion I just love doing them 🙂
me too me too!
I clicked the “more ways to use spinach” link. I was ambitious and bought a huge bag of spinach from Costco last week. I am getting smoothie’d out and need more ideas. Thanks!
GREAT QUESTION! My husband loves to sautee it with onions and lemon juice for sauteed spinach. I like to throw it in ground beef or scrambled eggs. Of course, you can always make a salad too! Good luck!
Hope your back feels better soon! Thanks so much for including my treadmill workout, I did it twice last week since it’s too cold to run outside here in the morning anymore.
