This week I’ve been focusing on strengthing my core and back. I’ve been avoiding aggravating it by standing more and avoiding driving long distances. It seems to be improving better!
- Friday – Chiropractor
- Saturday – Abs and Arms Workout Week
- Sunday – OFF
- Monday
3 Rounds – Circuit:
10-15 Lateral Hip Hikes
10-15 One Arm OH Lunges
Stir the Pot x 30 each way
Glute Med Band walks
Plank Rows x 24
- Tuesday OFF
- Wednesday
Circuits (2 rounds):
10 MB Squat to Reach
10 SL OH Press with Knee Drive Each
15 x Woodchoppers
20 Plank Pull Throughs and Push Up
- Thursday- Rest Day
& LOTS OF PUPPY WALKS
