Today started with a walk, where Nala met her first coyote! So scary, she handled it like a champ… aka wanted to play with it.
Muscle Milk… not my favorite protein, definitely not the best quality but it’s an easy way to get protein in the morning before I leave and to get something in my stomach when it feels too early for food.
Real Food….
Was starving for lunch- mahi burger salad with goat cheese and carrots
Pre-workout snack
Workout- 1 mile run + Week 1 Abs and Arms BBG
Post workout snack
Dinner= turkey chorizo hash with shredded sweet potato and broccoli, topped with a pinch of goat cheese cheddar.
Dessert- 2 handfuls of cherries
