Hi All Happy Beautiful Sunday Afternoon, posting is going to be kind of light this week but I try to never miss a meal or fitness plan. If I didn't post it, I might not do it, and thats when the you know what hits the fan and I am all over the place. I've got a straight forward workout schedule the doesn't require much thinking, just doing, same for the meal plan.
Workout Plans
Sunday- 11 Miles - DONE! --> No mile by mile this week a do to few technical difficulties.
Monday- 5 Miles
Tuesday- Alpha
Wednesday- OFF/Yoga
Thursday- Run
Friday- Barbell and Run
Saturday- OFF
Grocery Shopping was one trip to Trader Joe's:
Breakfast Options
- Green Juice Most Days
- Cereal (Puffins) and Almond Milk
- Ezekiel Sprouted Cinnamon Raisin Bread Toast and Banana (This mornings pre run breakfast.)
- The basics: Oatmeal or eggs
- Pumpkin Pie Breakfast Scramble
- Pumpkin Breakfast Quesadilla
Lunch Options
- breakfast for lunch
- sunbutter and banana sandwich with the Ezekiel Cinnamon Raisin Bread
- chicken pitas/salads
- out while studying
Dinner Plans
Sunday- Shrimp and Zucchini Stir Fry with leftover coconut quinoa.
Monday- Stuffed Sweet Potatoes
Tuesday- Leftovers or Mahi Burgers
Wednesday- 3 Ingredient Cheesy Brussel Sprouts
Thursday- Wing It/Out
Friday- Out
Saturday- Wing It
