Hi Friends!  I’m just popping in to finally officially share the crockpot carrot recipe Mr. Hungry enjoyed in his lunches for two weeks in a row!  I shared it earlier last week on instagram and Facebook but I wanted it to be in the books for the blog so here it goes!
Ingredients:
- 2lbs baby carrots
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2T coconut oil
- sprinkle of cumin, cinnamon and garlic
Directions: Â Place all ingredients in crockpot for 7 hours on low or 5 hours on high (or until desired tenderness is reached).
For his lunches we used the aidells chicken meatballs (precooked), brown rice (pre cooked) and the carrots! Â Super easy, no mess and healthy!
