Happy Friday, Favorites, Fitness, and Food day! I’m LOVING the spring weather over here, and it’s safe to say the kids are too!
I know it will get hot soon, so we are just enjoying the weather now while it lasts. I have to keep this intro short because it’s already mid-morning (I had to take KJ to a dentist appointment this morning), and I have a massage appointment to get to. Have a wonderful weekend friends!

Food
Hello, iced coffee! Man, I love these brown sugar oatmilk espresso drinks!
It’s Hungryroot week! At least once a month, I place a Hungryroot order. It’s just nice to have a break from meal planning and grocery shopping (even if I still do it for the blog, it’s still less to think about!)
This week’s meals were delicious so far! The first meal I made was Korean barbecue chicken with Jasmin rice and broccoli. It took literally less than 15 minutes to prepare, which was a Godsend since we got home late.
We also had a tuna steak meal that I went rogue on a bit. I made the potatoes in the air fryer and overcooked the broccoli a little bit so the baby could eat it more easily. The tuna steaks were supposed to be seared, but because the kids were eating it, I seared it and then broiled it to cook it all the way through. The chimichurri sauce is by far one of my favorite Hungryroot offerings! I always use the leftover to make chimichurri chicken thighs!

BLW Shrimp Cakes
I got the recipe for these shrimp cakes from Solid Starts. They were a massive hit with the baby and with Mr. Hungry!
Smashburger
On Sunday, we ordered Smash Smash, and my burger totally hit the spot. I got a double bacon barbecue burger. Bunless then proceeded to eat my weight in fries. It was AH freaking mazing!
Clif Thins
Clif sent me these delicious thins, and KJ is obsessed with them! Great on-the-go snack!
Thank You Cards – Amazon
These thank you cards I ordered from A – zon are great quality, simple, and cute! Highly recommend!
Fitness
The last couple of weeks have been a bit stressful, but I’ve still managed 3-4 workouts a week. And now that Nala is recovered from her surgery, we’ve been going on walks in this beautiful weather!
Right now, I’m following the 90 days slay program on Aaptiv!
The first four weeks were strength building, now, this phase is a lot of HIIT workouts, and I’m totally here for it. They are hard and challenging, but in a way that my body has totally been craving!
