Hi everyone, like I said my daily meal posts started to get a little weird without discussing some sort of work out. Since I’m still in recovery from my injury I decided to just recap this weeks eats at the end of the week, so here we go… lets see what an RD ate this week…

Monday- Quinoa Pizza Mini Quiches (recipe coming soon, based off of my mini pizza quinoa bites) + one slice peppered turkey bacon and 2 turkey sausages

Wednesday Pancake Overnight Oats
Thursday- Pancake Overnight Oats
Lunch
Monday- Mu Shu Shrimp Leftovers
Tuesday- Chicken Salad with goat cheese, carrots, and skinny BBQ ranch dressing + an orange
Wednesday + an orange
Thursday- Cauliflower Crusted Pizza Quiche (recipe still in the making) + an orange
Dinner
Monday- Super Bowl leftovers
Tuesday- Cauliflower Crusted Pizza Quiche (recipe still in the making)
Wednesday Cheese on toast with deli turkey and a bunch of steamed broccoli
Thursday- Paradise Bakery smoked turkey sandwich on sourdough

Today was a carb craving stressful day, I seriously can’t wait for tomorrow because Friday’s are always awesome no matter what.
