Hi Friends! I’m wishing all of you a wonderful time with your family to remember the veterans who have served our country.
I hope that if you have today off that you get to spend it filled with all the good things like family, laughter, good eats and relaxation. We are heading back from Houston which we visited for our nephews baptism but I wanted to pop in and share two workouts I’ve done as of recently.
I did this treadmill workout on Friday morning after I dropped Nala off at the kennel. I love running with her but it was also fun to get a super sweaty treadmill workout in as well!
This is a Nike Trainer workout that I adapted to fit my needs. I still can’t do deep flexion moves like froggers, tuck jumps or unmodified burpees so I adapt the workout pretty heavily so that I can get a great workout still. I was a sweaty mess by the end of this one on Saturday morning!
*Note the 45/15 means 45 of seconds of work and 15 seconds off.
