It is no secret that I love a tasty smoothie, especially after a workout or a run. I’ve accumulated quite a collection of recipes here at HH so I thought I’d share them before it gets too cold for smoothies.
I know it’s hard to believe, but we are halfway through July, the fall is in sight! Get those smoothies in now people! (Unless of course, you live in AZ like me, you’ve got a solid four more months of acceptable smoothie weather.)
Before I get to the roundup though, I wanted to share this video about How to Make A Filling Smoothie. One of the most common questions I get from my nutrition counseling clients, and readers is “why smoothies leave them hungry an hour later.” Sometimes, it’s because you are missing either a carb, protein, or fat in your smoothie.
Now onto the recipes! Let me know if you try one!
