Sure there were days when results stalled, holidays (hello Halloween), and less than perfect days. In the midst of all that practice came out awesome achievements. Achievements don’t always mean numbers…. What I’m most proud of in the last 90 days….
- I stopped over training and I took a big risk
- I changed my body composition, I’m most proud of finally gaining some muscle!
- I move into a new house and found that I love commuting
- I began to heal from my long standing injury
- I started training the right way
