Hi, friends! How is your week going?!?!?! Mine has been kind of a crazy roller coaster. Like I mentioned in my 34-week pregnancy update every day seems to be a bit like Russian roulette, never sure what kind of energy, symptoms, etc the day will bring (thank you to the third trimester for that). It’s super fun (insert sarcasm.)
With the baby on the way, I know my two favorite appliances, my instant pot and slow cooker are about to get really good use! (You can find a round-up of all my Instant Pot recipes here!) This actually kind of surprises me because there was a time when I despised the thought of the soggy food that would come from the slow cooker.
It turns out, I just needed to experiment more with different recipes I could make using the slow cooker. You guys totally helped me do that! Last year in my blog survey you guys said you wanted more slow cooker recipes, so that motivated me to branch out and learn how to use my slow cooker in a way that I would enjoy.
Since the weather is cooling down (not here in Arizona, but in other places) I figured this would be a good time to share all my favorite slow cooker recipes. Trust me, if I posted it here it’s a favorite of mine because I’m SUPER picky about slow cooked food. Take a scroll and hopefully, you find some new recipes to try this fall using your slow cooker!
