Hi Friends! Did you know that it’s National Oatmeal Day? If you’ve been reading for a while you know that I LOVE food holidays and I love oatmeal! It’s a busy day but I thought I’d do a quick round up of some of my favorite oatmeal recipes to celebrate!
No Bake Recipes
Love the use of quick cooking steel cut oats to make a delicious and heart overnight oats parfait. Even Chobani caught on to how delicious this combination is, they recently came out with a yogurt with steel cut oats in it! The figured out what I’ve known for a while, steel cut oats give the best hearty chewy texture to a cup full of creamy high protein Greek yogurt.
Tropical Oatmeal Smoothie (V, GF)
Oats are a great way to thicken up your smoothie and get it that little extra filling umph!
Overnight Oats (Vegan, GF)

This family recipe has been passed down in our family for generations. It’s my go to recipe when I need to bring a last minute dessert somewhere!
