Hello! How is your weekend going? I hope it’s going really well, mine definitely is! Things might get a little crazy in Hungry Hobby land this next month, therefore posting might get a little crazy, but, busy is good right? Right! So since things are going to be a little chaotic I thought it would probably be good to bring back meal planning into my life. You guys like quick healthy meals too, right? I thought so!
I swung by Trader Joe’s Saturday night while Mr. Hungry finished cleaning/chores, divide and conquer! We didn’t need to buy too much protein because we have plenty stalked in the freezer!
We also picked up a few things at Costco earlier on Saturday, like two boxes full of Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk.
- Butternut Squash
- Calvin Klein Black Jeans—> $20.00 bucks and they fit AWESOME, I got black but I want to go back and get the other colors like maroon. They fit way better than the ones I just returned to the mall and were like $30 bucks cheaper, SCORE!
– Greek Yogurt and Renola —> Chobani is on sale at Fry’s for 88 cents so I’ve been stocking up! Loving the Renola samples from FNCE too!
– The usual leftovers or salads.
Sunday- Crockpot Coconut Green Curry Chicken
Monday- Leftovers and egg sandwiches
Tuesday- Shrimp and Broccoli Frittata
Wednesday- Mahi Burgers Salad, Wraps or Quesadilla
Thursday- Stuffed Sweet Potatoes with Spinach and Chicken Chorizo
Friday- Wing it
Saturday- Wing it
I usually end up switching around the days but at least I have something on the plan!
National Pumpkin Day
It’s National Pumpkin Day so to help you celebrate I put together a quick round-up of all my favorite healthy pumpkin recipes from the Hungry Hobby kitchen! Hope you enjoy!
