Plans for Meals & Workouts
Last night I actually stopped at TJ’s as I drove in from Phoenix. When I walked in the door I took out my camera snapped this picture and washed all the fruit. I did this before I brought anything else in or went potty. I knew if the fruit wasn’t clean and easily accessible it was not going to be being eaten… (my sweet tooth was a little out of control this past weekend so I’m hoping to try and rein that in with lots of fruit.)
In the four and half hour drive I had time to come up with a meals and workouts game plan, sorry it is a little late but here it is.
– TJ’s Bran Muffins, Nut Butter & Fruit
– Peaches and Cream Chia Pudding
– Chocolate Oats something (might be a breakfast cookie or overnight oats not sure yet)
– Greek Yogurt & Fruit
This morning was a blueberry nonfat greek yogurt with raspberries paired with 1/2 a TJ’s Blueberry Bran Muffin. I topped the Bran Muffin with Sunbutter, and kept adding the raspberries on the side into the yogurt when I ran out.
As usual I looked up the week’s lunch menu while eating breakfast and today ended up with the California Spa Salad on exhibition:
It was pretty hard to follow my healthy salad rules today there were so many yummy things to mix in the salad: avocado, green beans, beets, bamboo shoots, GOAT CHEESE, white kidney beans, chicken or tofu… I didn’t leave a lot out. It’s always hard to follow the rules the first time you see something like that, then it gets old and therefore easier?
– fruit (banana, peaches, nectarines, raspberries, apples)
– granola bars
– blueberry bran muffins
– spoon full of almond or sun butter
Today was a juicy pear in between my internship and my workout:
Monday– Brown Rice Omelette Bowl
Tuesday – Brown Rice Omelette Bowl
Wednesday– Quesadilla or Tamale and snap peas
Thursday– Out or Quesadilla/Tamale and snap peas
Friday– TGIF- wild card!
Monday– TBC (Total Body Conditioning) & 25-30 min cardio
Tuesday– TBC & 25-30 min Cardio
Wednesday– Zumba & Arms
Thursday– Yoga (try, try, try again)
Friday– Bootcamp class
Saturday– Body Pump + 20 min cardio
